A double apartment building on the southeast corner of Broadway and West 97th Street has been sold for $66 million.

The buyers are Dalan Management and Elion Partners, while the sellers are the Gumowitz and Levy families. Ivan Hakimian and John Florek of HPNY were involved in the transaction that closed last week.

The pricing equates to $825 per square foot.

The sellers are retaining the excess air rights.

The 80,000-square-foot building at 2568 Broadway includes 67 rental apartments and stores occupied by Bank of America, Dunkin’ Donuts and Paris Baguette.
