Peloton is opening a new production studio in Greenwich Village that will be devoted to its new treadmills.

The fitness company already live-streams spin classes from its studio at 140 W. 23rd St. to thousands of exercise buffs across America.

Enthusiasts can follow along at home on their own equipment using a built-in tablet or on their mobile devices, either live or on demand. The small classes are also optimized for live-streaming and can be booked online.

Followers are so devoted that, between May 4 and May 6, one thousand of them will descend on Manhattan to attend unique events, take classes and meet the instructors and executives.

“It is a large and passionate group of people and they get a lot of joy out of meeting the instructors,” said Fred Klein, Peloton’s chief content officer.

The new studio that will officially open on May 1 at 152 Christopher St., Peloton Tread, was home to Crunch and David Barton facilities.

“This studio will be for our total body workouts, walking and running — and all utilize treadmills,” said Klein, who oversees the productions.

“We needed one in a beautiful location that is not too far from our other two locations [with] sufficient space to accommodate the classes and wide column-spacing to accommodate the camera array,” said Klein.

The 12,450-square-foot space has 7,160 square feet on the ground and another 5,290 on the lower level.

Ben Birnbaum and Ben Shapiro of Newmark Knight Frank represented Peloton, while Patricia Dunphy of Rockrose Development repped the building.

The asking rent was not available.

“We did a very heavy renovation and build-out,” Klein said. “It is really a production studio that happens to have classes.”

These will be the only two studios where live classes take place, but that could change. “We have big plans for Peloton over time,” Klein said.
