Numerous financial companies are keeping brokers busy with moves and expansions.

Investment firm Access Industries, whose founder and chairman is Len Blavatnik, is moving to 40 W. 57th St., where it will occupy the entire 28th floor of 25,000 square feet.

Brian Goldman and Matt Lorberbaum of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, which is relocating from the three floors at the top of the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Ave. in May.

The Crown Building has been buying out office tenants and transforming the space into high-end condos and a hotel. Coincidently, the upcoming top penthouse is in contract to an unknown buyer at a price that could reach $180 million, the Real Deal reported.

The CBRE team of Ben Friedland, Silvio Petriello and Taylor Scheinman represented AlixPartners in the sublease that runs to mid-2024. AlixPartners previously moved to 909 Third Ave.

The new Access Industries space has Central Park views, and tenants enjoy dining at Nobu in the retail space. The building is owned by the LeFrak Organization and was repped by another CBRE team. Rents there run around $125 per square foot.
