Another app company is moving and expanding within the downtown market.

GameChanger Media, which has a digital score-keeping app for amateur baseball and softball teams, is moving to 44 Wall St. where it will occupy the entire 11th floor of 16,906 square feet.

The company has been located at 86 Chambers St. in 6,700 square feet.

The Dick’s Sporting Goods subsidiary was represented by Haley Fisher and Mitch Arkin of Cushman & Wakefield.

Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Zachary Price and Caroline Merck of CBRE represented the Equity Office ownership, along with Zachary Freeman and Scott Silverstein in-house. The asking rent was in the high-$50s per square foot
The new floor is being pre-built with an open layout and high-end finishes.

The space has 12-foot high ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed brick, an open pantry and lots of natural light.

Other tenants in the Wired Certified Platinum building include Cullen & Dykman and Funny Or Die, a comedy brand founded by Will Ferrell, Adam Kay and Chris Henchy.
