Intermix is moving its offices near Macy’s.

Parent company Gap Inc. signed an 80,903-square-foot office lease for the upscale fashion retailer at 111 W. 33rd St., where it will occupy the entire eighth and ninth floors.

The building has a glamorous new lobby designed by Studios Architecture that will soon open at its additional address of 112 W. 34th St.

On this shopping street, Sephora and Foot Locker are open and Target — with an additional entrance on West 33rd Street — is on its way.

Intermix will be moving from nearby 1440 Broadway.

Sources said the Gap executives weren’t sold on the side core building until they toured building owner Empire State Realty Trust’s own 12th-floor offices. These were designed by A+I and Beneville Studios, the same team that did the iHeartRadio offices.

Eric Deutsch and Jared Freede of CBRE represented Gap. Keith Cody represented the ESRT ownership along with Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. The asking rent was $62 a square foot.
