A 115,000-square-foot retail and office condominium by City Hall at 86 Chambers St. — on the corner of Broadway — is being offered for sale with pricing of more than $70 million, or around $600 per square foot.

Marketing materials show the ownership has hired the Colliers investment team led by the trio of Richard Baxter, Ron Cohen and Scott Latham.

The space encompasses the first through seventh floors in the base of the 28-story luxury residential building known as Tower 270.

The US Attorney occupies most of the offices through 2023. The 7,000 square feet of retail hosts a Chase bank on a lease through 2020.

The building was redeveloped with a $50 million investment and has 300 feet of corner frontage.
