Two retailers are opening stores on Williamsburg’s North 6th Street.

Lululemon Athletica is coming to 129 North 6th St., between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street in Williamsburg. The 3,450-square-foot store will have 2,350 square feet on the ground floor, 600 square feet on the second floor and 500 square feet in the basement.

Jeremy Ezra of RKF represented the athletic and yoga wear tenant, and Peter Levitan and Brendan Reichenbacher of Lee & Associates NYC represented the building ownership, which had an asking rent of $205 per square foot.

Lululemon expects to open the store later this spring which will coincidently be located across from the gritty LuLu Lounge. Madewell and Rituals are among the more upscale retail neighbors.

For its first US store, hip Korean retailer Åland has leased a 10,000-square-foot triplex that includes roof access on the next block at 92 N. 6th St. close to Wythe Avenue.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Steven Soutendijk and Glenn Yang, who works in the firm’s Seoul, South Korea office, represented Åland in the 10-year deal.

The building owner RedSky Capital was represented by Peter Braus and Peter Levitan at Lee & Associates NYC and had an asking rent of $1.2 million per year.
