CBRE’s powerhouse tri-state chief executive, Mary Ann Tighe, sent out her usual family holiday card, but this year, it had an additional fantasy element that turned poignant.

While the front of the card was a simple family photo with “Warmest Holiday Greetings,” the rear showed off Tighe as Princess Leia Organa in the infamous gold bikini. “It’s nice to have the advantages of someone else’s outfit,” Tighe laughed.

The image from Star War’s “Return of the Jedi” includes her husband, Park Avenue plastic surgeon Dr. David Hidalgo as Han Solo, and featured their grandson, William, as Luke Skywalker wielding a lightsaber.

The photo montage was created at Disney’s Star Tours ride last year. “We laughed so hard doing this thing — I kept my sunglasses on — and made it as a poster. But I wouldn’t have done it if it was a photo with those [hair] buns,” Tighe recalled. “Usually we put our dog, Charlie, on the back of the card. And David said, ‘Why don’t we use this?’ ”

As for the sudden passing of both Carrie Fisher and her mother, Debbie Reynolds, Tighe says, “The thing that touched me the most was Debbie Reynolds dying of a broken heart. For any of us with children, this is at the top of horrible things that can happen.”
