You too can hobnob with the next commander-in-chief by relocating your own offices or residence to Trump Tower.

According to CoStar information, the entire 17th-floor office of 14,972 square feet is available for rent in Donald Trump’s 68-story building.

The brightly lit open space has its own bathrooms and elevators.

But because of the unusual sawtooth design, it also includes six large south-facing outdoor terraces along Fifth Avenue as well as views of Central Park.

The space is being marketing for the Trump Organization by a Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team led by Jared Horowitz, and if you act fast, you can have it for yourself.

Otherwise, the Trump Organization will be dividing the space into three crisply modern pre-builts of roughly 3,000 to 5,000 square feet each. Rents will range from $95 per square foot with no terraces, to $100 per square foot with four terraces and $105 per square foot for Central Park views and two terraces.

“It’s a whole modern aesthetic that has Soho meeting Midtown,” said Horowitz of the design scheme. “There will be exposed ceilings and polished concrete floors — but not any brass.”

Work on these pre-builts is due to start in the next two weeks and they will be ready by April, he said.

According to CoStar data, Tommy Hilfiger’s designer wife, Dee Ocleppo, previously leased the 15th floor for her fashion brand, but the floor was most recently used by the presidential campaign.

But Hilfiger, who was spotted entering the elevator by the media camped out in the lobby, also has an office on the 23rd floor for his T Capital Management.

The couple’s spectacular four-bedroom, 5,655-square-foot penthouse apartment in the Plaza Hotel is now on the market for a mere $58.9 million, or $10,400 per square foot, through Douglas Elliman. It went through several price drops, and agents, since it was first listed for $80 million in 2014. Like many New Yorkers, the Hilfigers have been donors to Democratic causes. But in October, Tommy dutifully donated $5,400 to Trump’s campaign.

Earlier in the year, Hilfiger also dropped $58,400 on the Hillary Victory Fund and another $5,400 with Hillary for America. Ocleppo donated $5,400 to Hillary for America.

Meanwhile, it was clear last week that the NYPD is being overly vigilant by telling visitors they can’t walk down Fifth Avenue between East 56th and 57th streets.

“If you want to go to Gucci or Trump Tower or Tiffany, just ask the police officer to allow you to go there,” said Tom Cusick, president of the Fifth Avenue Association, who is working with both the Secret Service and NYPD to make life easier for those trailing in the president-elect’s wake.

Flanked by guards and officers, the elegant Trump Tower doorman will hold the door open for you, as always, but there is an additional screening that has become its own tourist attraction.

Once inside, have a drink at the Trump Bar or a meal in the nearly deserted lower-level Trump Grill restaurant.

More visitors are now heading to the area to check out the mini-mayhem, and we can all Make New York Great Again by supporting these local stores.
