An investor group led by Jared Kushner closed Wednesday on the $340 million purchase of the Jehovah’s Witnesses headquarters buildings in Downtown Brooklyn, The Post has learned.

Kushner Cos. partnered with Asher Abehsera’s LIVWRK Holdings and the CIM Group, which replaced Aby Rosen’s RFR Holdings in the original deal.

The 739,000-square-foot interconnected buildings known as the Watchtower, at 25-30-50 and 58 Columbia Heights and 55 Furman St., are set on 2.3 acres near the Brooklyn Bridge.

Kushner and Abehsera’s LIVWRK teamed up with RFR on their earlier purchase of the Witnesses’ Dumbo Heights building, while CIM previously partnered with Kushner at 2 Rector St. and 200 Lafayette, and has backed many other developers.

The investment group also has extended the closing on the Witnesses’ full-block development site at 85 Jay St. until the end of the year.

Kushner has been active in the presidential campaign for his father-in-law, Donald Trump.

Investment broker Bob Knakal in conjunction with the Witness Real Estate Office handled the sales for the Witnesses, who are moving to Warwick, NY.

Sources said the investors expect to create a “marquee urban office campus.”
