At $71.16 per click-through, the costliest commercial real estate keywords on Google are “commercial real estate basics,” while “NYC office space for rent” is a bargain at $34.46 per click, coming in at even less than “Greenwich office space,” which will cost you $40.85 per click.

These results and others were uncovered by SharpLaunch.com, a new Web site and service that sets up and maintains Web sites for commercial buildings.

Founded by marketing maven Bob Samii, SharpLaunch provides monthly hosting, posting, document and support services for customers that range from large brokerages to owners and managers with smaller portfolios.

“It’s one-stop shopping for their digital marketing,” said Samii, who grew up in New Hampshire and has an MBA from Brandeis.

SharpLaunch, which has a tech center in Barcelona and is opening an office in Boston, is in the midst of closing a $1 million seed round.

In the meantime, for those of you who want to buy clicks, “retail space in Manhattan” will set you back just $11.82, while “coworking office space nyc” garners $19.14.

“Downtown Manhattan office space” runs $19.07 per click but “Soho office space for rent” is just $15.20. “Manhattan office space for rent” is $15.11, “Queens office space” comes in at a bargain $14.83, while “Brooklyn office space for rent” is $18.22.
