The 39-story office building at 1250 Broadway is in contract to Eyal Ofer of Global Holdings for more than $565 million.

We learned a hard contract was signed earlier in June by seller Jamestown. Investment brokers Douglas Harmon, Adam Spies and Kevin Donner of Eastdil Secured marketed the property.

The 721,000-square-foot building’s largest tenant is the Visiting Nurses with 320,000 square feet. As its lease expires in December 2018, it will provide upside for the new owners.

Ofer is a major investor with the Zeckendorfs on properties that include 15 Central Park West and 50 UN Plaza, while his companies own city office buildings that include 99, 120 and 410 Park Ave. and 875 Third Ave.

The tower at 1250 Broadway sits at West 32nd Street in an area known as Koreatown. It is topped by the upscale Korean eatery Gaonnuri, which has panoramic views.

Jamestown and Murray Hill Properties purchased the 1968-developed glass-and-steel tower from SL Green Realty in 2008 for $310 million, and added renovations to skew the tenancies toward tech tenants.
