PostWorks is moving its headquarters from Hudson Square to Times Square South.

The company — known for its work on television, video and film post-production and editing services — has subleased two floors at 1411 Broadway, which has been the recipient of millions of dollars in renovations.

PostWorks has now signed a sublease for the 15th and 16th floors through April 2027 from Nine West totaling 49,690 square feet.

“To get someone from downtown who loves Hudson Square — to get them uptown, you know it had to be something special,” said Marc Schoen of Savitt Partners, whose Schoen Group team represented PostWorks, which will be moving from 100 Sixth Ave. PostWorks also has offices at 609 Greenwich St. and at 110 Leroy St.

Amanda Bokman, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Clark Finney and Kevin West from JLL represented Nine West in the sublease assignment.

Owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, the building is represented by a CBRE team and has current asking rents in the mid-$70s, with some base floors in the high $60s per square foot.
