ADI Capital is tripling in size and moving from 529 Fifth Ave. to 295 Madison Ave. just south of Grand Central Terminal.

The hedge fund, led by Paritosh Gupta who was previously with Brahman Capital Corp., will have 3,800 feet which is the entire 36th floor. The five-year deal had an asking rent of, yes, $75 per foot.

CBRE’s Keith Caggiano, Roshan Shah and Arkady Smolyansky brought in the tenant while the Eretz Group was represented in house by Nick Mok.

Gupta’s wife, Nehal Chopra, moved her own hedge fund, Ratan Capital Management, which was seeded by Tiger Capital’s billionaire guru, Julian Robertson, to 125 Park last year with the help of Caggiano and Shah.
