Some folks want to row on water indoors, but others just want a toned tummy.

Those tony folks will soon have a new CITYROW to enjoy at 1409 Third Ave., on the southeast corner of East 80th Street. The low-impact exercise spot will have 1,364 square feet on the ground, plus another 1,214 square feet.

The company was represented by Jacqueline Klinger and Taryn Brandes of SCG Retail. Building owner INT Realty had both Jill Lovatt of Cushman & Wakefield and David Kriss of his eponymous company working out the details.

Already at 80 Fifth Ave., at 14th Street, CITYROW is known for combining activities like yoga and Pilates with intervals on its WaterRowers.

Participants (who include celebs like Iman , Kelly Bensimon and Fred Savage) can flow their rows into a high-intensity sweat but with a low-impact burn to gain total body results, they say.

Me? I exercise my fingers on a keyboard and use a glamorous rowing machine as a clothes hanger.
