Billionaire Alex Sapir and partner Rotem Rosen are wasting no time putting their mark on the celebrity hangout Mondrian SoHo hotel.

They have not only renamed the hotel in recent days to the Nomo Soho, but they have also leased the restaurant with the greenhouse-like roof to Serafina, The Post has learned.

Serafina has six other Manhattan locations where it serves organic and gluten-free pizza and pasta.

A Manhattan judge this month ruled that Sapir, who recently bought the Mondrian SoHo, had the right to break the long-term deal Kalisman’s Morgans Hotel Group had to manage the hotel.
