Norman Sturner’s MHP Realty Services and Clarion Partners closed Wednesday on the 1.2 million square-foot 180 Maiden Lane for $470 million.

The deal, which works out to about $400 per rentable foot, was first reported by The Post’s Steve Cuozzo on Sept. 15.

The green glass Class A trophy overlooking the South Street Seaport and Statue of Liberty was purchased from SL Green Realty Corp. and Joseph Moinian.

The new owners are planning a $28 million renovation for its extensive public lobby space and tenant-only amenity floors that include a cafeteria, conference center and new fitness center, said Clarion director Gary Rufrano.

Tara Stacom and Rob Lowe of Cushman & Wakefield and MHP will jointly lease the 800,000 square feet that is vacant.

Pricing in the building runs from the high $40s to the $70s, including the spectacular top floor with double-height ceilings.
