Finally Google made Donny Deutsch an offer he couldn’t refuse.

The ad man’s namesake agency has signed a lease to move from Google-owned 111 Eighth Ave. farther north to Vornado Realty Trust’s 330 W. 34th St. in Penn Plaza at the edge of Hudson Yards.

Since it purchased the mammoth 111 Eighth Ave. in 2010 for a then record $1.8 billion, the tech titan has been rapidly expanding and trying to buy out tenants like Deutsch, whose firm now takes up 134,830 square feet on the 14th and 15th floors.

Until now, Deutsch had refused to budge from his perch and picked up his renewal option. According to CoStar, his lease runs through 2018.

Vornado’s David Greenbaum on Tuesday revealed the deal with Deutsch for the entire 13th and 14th floors totaling 74,346 square feet. According to CoStar data, the 13th floor has a terrace.

Rob Silver and Hank Kobrin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, which represented Deutsch parent Interpublic Group in the upcoming move, declined comment. Vornado was repped in-house.

“Average rents in Penn Plaza are a tad higher than $55 (per foot) so this is the low-cost producer and not a bad place to be,” Vornado chief Steve Roth said on a conference call Tuesday. “We should be able to achieve $65, $75 and then $85 a foot [in that area]. And there is no reason those numbers can’t be achieved over time.”

This leaves roughly 300,000 square feet for Vornado to lease at the property, which is poised to benefit from the new developments at Hudson Yards and Manhattan West.

It will also benefit from the improvements Vornado is making in the area to its own retail holdings as well as the redevelopment of the Hotel Pennsylvania.
