Online review site Yelp has given five stars to 11 Madison Ave., where it has finalized a lease for 151,200 square feet.

Yelp will join Credit Suisse, Sony and William Morris Endeavor, which, as The Post reported on Wednesday, agreed to lease the 70,000 square-foot 17th floor.

The building, owned by Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen of the Sapir Organization along with the CIM Group, has just one floor left to lease in the 2.35 million-foot tower overlooking Madison Square Park.

Yelp was represented by Scott Gamber and Paul Milunec of CBRE. The 10-year deal for the entire 14th and 16th floors has an average rent in the $80s per foot, sources said.

Yelp also intends to use a 14th floor setback for outdoor space.

Eleven Madison was represented by CBRE colleagues Brad Gerla and Howard Fiddle. All the brokers and ownership declined comment.

Yelp will more than double in size from its current 60,000 square feet 10 blocks away at 100-104 Madison and W. 15th Street, where it has roughly eight years left on its lease.

It could not be learned if Yelp will try to sublease that space. Apple is also a tenant in the building.
