After disposing of $15 billion in real estate between 2004 and 2007, the Kuwaitis are returning to the Big Apple.

Sources told The Post that Kuwaiti investment entity Fosterlane Management is in contract to buy 750 Seventh Ave. for $485 million.

Atlanta-based Fosterlane once owned the Lipstick Building before selling it to Tishman Speyer Properties in 2004. It also sold 350 Park Ave. to Vornado Realty Trust.

CB Richard Ellis brokers Darcy Stacom and William Shanahan, who are selling the Times Square-area building for Hines Interests, did not return messages for comment.
