It looks like Lower Manhattan’s Pier A is finally getting a new lease on life.

Sources told The Post that the Battery Park City Authority will vote today to approve the Dermot Co. and a partner as the developers of the historic but heretofore abandoned pier at the mouth of the Hudson River.

The developer was one of four respondents to a request for proposals by the BPCA geared toward turning the 125-year-old pier into a moneymaker that would also serve area tourists.

Last year, the city leased the 300-foot long Pier A to the adjacent BPCA for 49 years so it could oversee renovations. Restaurants will be part of the redevelopment, sources said.

Barbara Wagner, a spokeswoman for Dermot, declined to comment and a spokeswoman for BPCA did not respond to a request for comment.
