Worldwide Plaza, the old New York Times Building in Times Square and 11 Times Square are among the buildings that NBC Universal is considering as it looks for an environmentally friendly home for many of its New York-based operations, brokers tell The Post.

NBC officials, working with brokers Cushman & Wakefield, have also toured Silverstein Properties’ 7 World Trade Center, though it’s considered a long shot.

Sources say NBC is also negotiating to sell a chunk of its currently owned 592,675 square feet at 30 Rockefeller Plaza for around $1,300 a foot.
