Donald Trump is making his mark on the Westchester skyline.

Trump has joined with Westchester-based developer and friend Louis Cappelli to develop a 35-story condominium as part of Cappelli’s $325 million City Center development in downtown White Plains.

The new tower, dubbed “Trump Tower at City Center,” will join a partially occupied 35-story rental, along with a 15-screen, stadium-seat multiplex cinema, retailers like Target and Circuit City, and a Legal Seafood restaurant.

“We’ve been negotiating for a while and I think it will be a great project,” said Trump. “We both made a good deal. Lou’s a real pro.”

While no terms were disclosed, it’s believed Trump is making an investment in return for percentages of the proceeds.
