The federal government finally signed a $354,000-a- year lease yesterday for Bill Clinton’s office in Harlem, officials said.

The U.S. General Services Administration inked the 10-year lease for the top floor of the 14-story building at 55 W. 125th St., where Clinton plans to move in July.

Clinton’s first choice was an $811,000-a-year office in Midtown’s tony Carnegie Hall Tower.
